From the West Wing to the west coast, the conversation about LGBT equality has dominated the national news landscape.  But what has been missing from the conversation is the Black LGBT prospective.  In this all new, full episode 205 of NoMoreDownLow.TV,  the Black LGBT community reacts to President Barack Obama’s endorsement of marriage equality.  Also in this segment, we get reactions from Wanda Sykes, and Hollywood LGBT allies: Kerry Washington, Jay-Z, Common, Tatyana Ali, Yolanda Adams, Rev. Al Sharpton and Ben Jealous from the NAACP.   Special Correspondent Mark Noble is on location at Long Beach Gay Pride.

And, with all of this talk about gay marriage, we also focus on gay adoption.  Many members of the LGBT community are looking to start a family but where do they begin?

The Pop Luck Club, the largest gay dad’s organization in the world, is just one of many organizations across the country that assist in making the adoption process easy for LGBT couples.  Comedian Alec Mapa and his husband Jamie host an event in Hollywood for prospective LGBT foster parents.

Then we’ll introduce you to Cleo Manago, CEO of The Black Men’s Xchange.  He is an outspoken, behavioral health and cultural expert, lecturer, author, film producer and self identified critical thinker.  Some say he’s the Malcolm X of the same gender loving community but not everyone sees him that way.  In this NoMoreDownLow exclusive, we ask the questions: Is he angry or simply ahead of his time?

Plus, we profile Comedian Raneir Pollard, the twenty-something Miami native who’s “naughty” sense of humor is taking the Hollywood comedy scene in a bold new direction!  We’ll find out why he just might be one joke away from becoming the first openly gay black comedian on Saturday Night Live.

NoMoreDownLow.TV’s co-hosts, Janora McDuffie and Kendell Hogan, take a tour of MacArthur Park, the Los Angeles landmark made famous by the late Donna Summer in her 1978 disco classic, “MacArthur Park”.
