Charlie Sheen was the center of attention yet again. This time Charlie Sheen, born Carlos Irwin Estevezas, was the subject of a winning poetry contest by a black lesbian.
The GA Voice reports that Theresa Davis, a slam poet based in Atlanta, won the Women of the World poetry slam competition held in Columbus, Ohio, held March 9-11.
According to the GA Voice, the Women of the World poetry slam is in its fourth year and attracts dozens of slam poets from across the country to compete. She is the mother to three children, Imani (21), Tia (20) and Zion (9). Learn more about her from her website at http://www.theresa-davis.com.
